Q: How long do I have to wait to seal my tile after a new installation?
A:Allow new grout installations to cure for a minimum of 72 hours prior to applying sealer.

Q: How long will each sealer last?
A: Clear seal will last 3-5 years depending upon usage of the area. Color seal will last up to 15 years although a cleaning and touchup is recommended after 3-5 years.

Q: How long will it take to clean/seal my floor?
A: It depends on the square footage of the area being cleaned but generally speaking an hour to an hour and a half to clean 1000 sq ft. Clear seal is much faster to apply than color seal and again the time is dependant upon the square footage.

Q: Do you offer a warranty?
A: Yes, we offer a one year warranty on the color seal against chipping, pealing. We will extend our warranty every year that you have PVG return to clean the tile.

Q: Do return customers get a discount?
A: Yes, up to $25.00.

Q: How often will I need to clean my floor?
A: It depends on how much foot traffic you have. I recommend having your tile floor cleaned every couple years or whenever you feel it is getting dirty keeping in mind the type of sealer on your floor and it’s life expectancy.

Q: I don’t know my grout color.
A: The experts at PVG will help you determine the color that best matches your existing grout or the color to which you want to change your grout. The color seals are mixed to match every manufacturers offered grout colors.

Q: Do you move furniture?
A: Yes

Q: Before or after the painter?
A: After, especially if you are having the baseboards painted.

Q: Do you move appliances?
A: Yes

Q: Do you have a minimum charge?
A: Yes, $200.00

Q: Do you give free estimates?

A: Yes

Q: What do I need to do before you come?
A: Pick up or move any breakables if you want you may sweep or vacuum your floor.

Q: Will your machine remove or loosen my grout?
A: No, that is a myth. Grout is a cementous based product and cannot and will not be compromised by water pressure, steam, heat, chemicals etc ...
